The incumbent will be responsible for supervising all maintenance works of commercial / residential / industrial buildings including drafting work specifications / tenders, conducting and supervising the work of contractors, preparing technical reports, handling tenancy fitting-out works and handover / takeover of new properties.

Applicants should be tertiary educated in Building Studies / Building Surveying / E&M Engineering / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines and have minimum 3 years’ relevant experience. Proven record of technical experience in the field of property maintenance will be an advantage.
