Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality F&B services at restaurant
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the sections appointed
• Ensure that service / items are prepared according to Club standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant throughout the day
• Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Proven qualification in Hospitality / Hotel Studies, or equivalent in related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry
• Experience in club or hotel industry would be advantage
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Initiative and good customer service skills
• A good team player with pleasant and outgoing personality
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
