Responsibilities:

• Provide remote / on-site support and troubleshoot for hardware replacement and software upgrade for end users about IT facilities.
• Perform Windows / Mac PC installation, upgrade and configuration
• Maintain servers such as DNS, AD, File Server, Web Server and Email Server
• Maintain security equipment such as network firewall and anti-virus server
• Perform network infrastructure, design and security control
• Network Setup, Data Backup and Restoration
• Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Support Daily IT operations, such as installation/ removal/ upgrade of hardware and software, user account management, and technical documentation update, etc.
• Coordinate with vendor on hardware maintenance support and upgrade
• Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in technology or related discipline.
• At least 2 year of extensive IT support experience, including deal with complex situations and problems in networking and operating systems.
• Strong on problem solving and tackle difficult support cases.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working and can work independently
• Immediate available preferred.
• Less experience candidates will be considered as IT Support Assistant
