Job Description
(A) Business Process Analysis
1. Knowledge of retail banking business operation and process analysis
2. Familiar with client on-boarding and loan origination process, and US branch operations
3. Participate in working groups and workshops.
4. Model and design solution or alternatives, evaluate solution proposals under consideration of architectural standards, IT strategy, current business process and constraints.
5. Good ability to analyze complex systems; strong analytical and conceptual skills, quality awareness
6. Agree the solution with the stakeholder, specify the solution details and support development staff during construction.
7. Ensure the business analyst team testing the software for quality assurance
8. Design the features of IT systems (create functional requirements)
(B) IT Division Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
2. Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
3. Communicates needed changes to development team.
(C) Project Execution
1. Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
2. Takes input from Project Manager and Lead of Business Analyst; and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
3. Communicates and applies project standards.
4. Consistently delivers high-quality services to business units.
5. Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project
