Responsibilities

• Interpret client business needs and translating into business requirements and functional specifications
• Managing requirements traceability and requirement changes
• Assisting Development Teams for Implementation pahse
• Contributing and confirming test plans and assisting users in carrying out UAT
 
Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst preferably in financial institutions and ideally in Credit Risk Management sector. 
• Well versed with Credit Risk management techniques with a good understanding of client hierarchy, limits setting & management, collateral management and Internal risk /mgmt. reporting areas
• Well versed with end to end SDLC 
• Experienced in stakeholder management 
• Technically proficient – conversant with IT SDLC, technology paradigms, design concepts, different project execution methodologies. 
• Team player with Development, Testing and Business partners & functional testing skills 
• Self-driven, willing to take ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Cantonese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
