Responsibilities

• Manage the production system environment, including Change & Release, BCP & DR etc;
• Own and maintain the system/application roadmap;
• Lead the Application-related projects and BAU support function;
• Drive for continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent discipline;
• Minimum 8 years IT experience in financial application support, of which 3 years in a team lead or managerial role;
• Trading application and SAP basis working experience is beneficial;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Self- motivated and result oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multi-tasks simultaneously.
