Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management and software / application development with state of the art technologies for supporting strategic business growth and development in Digital Banking and other business areas of the Bank such as Retail Banking and Wealth Management / Commercial Banking

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information System or related disciplines
• Three to ten years' hands on application design / development experience in Java, J2EE / Android/iOS
• For Development Manager, you should have at least 3 years of project management, resource planning and supervision experience
• Solid knowledge of development methodologies specifically Agile/Scrum experience
• Knowledge of Internet Banking, Wealth Management, Retail Banking or Commercial Banking preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Strong leadership, communication skills and quality orientation
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager/ Assistant Manager.
