任职要求/Requirement: ​

   1.5年以上塑胶模具行业项目管理统筹工作经验，其中3年以上汽车/工业消费品系列产品项目管理工作经 验。

   5 years’ project management experience in plastics and tooling industry, including 3 years’ project management experience in automotive or industrial products.

   2.熟悉项目管理的流程，并具项目管理程序的编制能力。

   Be familiar with the procedures of project development and be able to establish such kind of procedures.

   3.熟悉TS16949品质要求，了解五大工具的运用。

   Understands and knows well on the requirements of TS16949. Be able to use the Five Tools of Quality Managements.

   4.较好的成本和利润意识，并能在项目管理中灵活运用。

   Good sense of costing and profit control in project development.

   5.良好的沟通能力，分析能力，有团队合作精神，抗压能力强。

   Good communication and analysis skill. Good pressure management ability. Team player.

   6.英语读说写流利。

   Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing.

岗位职责/Responsibility 

    1.负责汽车/工业消费类项目团队管理，及客户关系维护协调

    Manages project team of automotive /industrial part, and coordinates with customers of the particular industry

    2.确保项目进度、质量、成本的实现

    Monitors the project progress along with quality and cost.

    3.改善项目运作，并向上级汇报项目状况和项目组成员的工作绩效

     Improves project management, reports the project status and project team performance to the superior.
