Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in fitting, paper pattern construction, grading & sewing
• Proficient in pattern making and grading via Accomack PDS and/or PAD System.
• Thorough knowledge of garment production process and able to provide technical fit solutions for active/lifestyle products.
• Experienced in handling garment fitting process and pattern making for and array of different categories/fabrics (tops, bottoms, dresses, jackets, outerwear, sweaters) using woven, knits, and sweaters.
• Experienced in working with offshore factories
• Able to teach and guide factory technicians on technical issues for sample development & bulk garment production
• Able to read & communicate in English & Mandarin
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, suppliers, and internal purchasing teams on product design, development, sampling processes and other technical issues
• Provide clear instruction and guideline to suppliers and ensure that the products fulfil customers’ expectation and requirements
• Develop and review measurement charts, paper patterns, fitting and sample style description
  
  
  

Remuneration

We offer a 5 day working week, with one working Saturday per month and attractive benefits including 13 months salary, bonus, free lunch, bank holidays and up to 14 days annual leave.
