Your Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with customers and explore further opportunities for business growth
• Manage order processing cycle with other departments
• Work closely with Marketing, Logistic & Warehouse Team
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements

• Non-degree tertiary
• 3 Year sales or customer Service experience is a plus
• Outgoing, pleasant & presentable, passionate to work and aiming for on-going self growth
• Familiar with social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, WeChat, etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Proficient in using MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
