Job Responsibilities:

• Enable sales teams with end-to-end sales tools and information essential for effective selling
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date service catalogue
• Develop and help building relationship with strategic alliance partners via arranging networking activities and regular team on team planning sessions
• Organize service marketing event, e.g. seminar, forum, announcement, etc.
• Work with Group Marketing on promotion material preparation e.g. eDM, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Proactively engage with sales teams to help solution complex client deals / projects and assist in after sales coordination with delivery team
• Prepare and communicate services business plans to management and sales communities, including growth initiatives, new service programmes, vendor incentives, partnering or collaboration initiatives, software licensing etc.
• Devise and implement services marketing programmes.
• Perform market research and develop business cases for solutions requiring further investments based on robust return on investment model.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 5 year's computer services marketing experiences in IT industry
• Possess core competencies, including business acumen, relationship building, analytical ability, project management and customer focus
• Possess good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power point
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
