Jobs responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead company’s Japan products purchase per the company's overall strategy and goals.

2. Build up global procurement system by leveraging Japanese resources.

3. Develop supplier system of brands and manufactures in cosmetics, personal care, health care, consumer electronics products, and manage the system effectively by monitoring sales rates.

4. Set and implement procurement plan by analyzing sales and price trends.

5. Liaise sales requests and meet sales demand on products.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in purchasing, international trade and other related majors, familiar with international trade procurement process. More than five years’ relevant experience.

2. Proficient in procurement principles and cost control, excellent negotiation capability, good decision-making and planning ability;

3. Familiar with Japanese culture with a global vision, business Japanese level 2 or above, business level Chinese mandarin.

4. Overseas work experience, adapt to frequent overseas business trip. Japanese procurement experience is preferred.
