Responsibilities

• Communicate and co-ordinate closely with the customers and suppliers for delivery schedule and arrangement.
• Follow up the enquiry and or new model of customers and vendors.
• Prepare the quotation, purchase order and goods delivery schedule etc.

Requirements

• Post secondary or above.
• 4 year relevant experience in procurement operation.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese; Japanese is a must
• Strong in MS Office applications.
• Good communication with negotiation skills.
• Willing to work under pressure and highly motivated.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
