• To support Group legal and corporate secretarial department
• To handle broad spectrum of legal work including, general commercial and corporate matters, corporate secretarial and regulatory matters covering several jurisdictions in Asia

We are looking for

• At least LLB or equivalent qualification and must be familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules
• At least 5 years of legal and corporate secretarial experience with minimum 2 years working within an in-house legal environment
• Candidates without this minimum in-house experience will not be considered
• Ability to work under pressure, must possess business acumen, competent drafting skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
