Responsibilities

•  Auditing and verifying compliance with corporate compliance policies, processes and internal controls
• Oversee and manage overall compliance & operations
• Work  closely  with  internal  team,  cross  functional  team  and  external 
• parties (such as The Link, Government Dept or Clients) to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Provide leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the planning and operational requirements of wet markets
• Monitor the performance of leasing portfolios / contracts / regulation / reports of wet markets and drive quality improvement on wet market environment, formulate strategic marketing plan and brand building initiatives;
• Lead project bidding and related activities
• Drive process review and re-engineering for continuous improvement in leasing & operational efficiency and service quality
• Manage landlord and client relationship
• Oversee expenses control; manage cost, budget and financial performance, contracts & documentation review

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred in business, property, financial or compliance  discipline
• 8 years’ or above with minimum 3 years managerial experience in business operations, leasing, property management & internal audit
• Strong business acumen, good organizational and management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
• Immediately available is highly preferred
