Key Responsibilities:

• At least 5 years experienced in Marketing and sales in soft goods , preferably in mobile 
  accessories industry
• Have strong relationship with customers
• Effective oral and written communication skills in Chinese or Japanese , proficient in Mandarin
• Good planning, analyzing and problem solving skills
• Mature, independent, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• To manage the product development till bulk production are in line with development/ bulk buy calendar.

Requirements:

• To be responsible and lead the product development team to follow up costing , product 
  development and bulk production as well as payment in a timely manner.
• To work collaboratively with QA team to download product specification/discussion from product development to production ; and production issue resolutions.
• To be the problem solver for the team.
• To communicate manufacturing issues to senior and support for identifying root causes  and work for resolution proactively.
• Result-oriented, positive thinking and able to work under pressure
