Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to VP and the Legal Department
• Update and maintain contracts filing system
• Assist PowerPoint presentations
• Conduct simple legal research and company/land search

Key Requirements & Competencies:

• At least 5-15 years of experience as Legal Secretary/Assistant, preferably in an international law firm or large international corporate legal department
• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese, especially spoken Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Highly organized, accurate and show good attention to details
• Self-motivated, responsible, committed, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Works well under pressure
• Good communication skills with a discreet, polite and helpful attitude
• Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus
