Report to: Manager, Tender & E-Commerce, Asia Pacific

Job Description:

• To coordinate Region Asia Pacific tender responses in an accurate and timely manner to either client or to global coordinator
• Coordinate with Key account manager for pre and post tender analysis
• Publish finalized tender agreement in Globe
• Maintain and provide tender analysis report to Product Management
• To review regularly with manager on the globe tender procedures
• To coordinate all new E-commerce project / initiative in Region Asia Pacific
• To manage and assist Area offices in delivering agreed E-commerce targets for the year
• To provide E-commerce knowledge throughout Region Asia Pacific as new products and channels are rolled
• To coordinate with Area offices to ensure detention and demurrage process is handled in efficient and effective manner
• To ensure Globe tariff are maintained in timely and accurate manner
• To provide key user support for Globe PM and SAM

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma, or above
• 2 years’ work experience
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
• Good in Cantonese, Mandarin as preferable
• Be self-motivated, in good discipline
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office software in data analysis, professional business presentation
• Good interpersonal skills, and fluent language in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Dedicated to work in multicultural environment
