As Business Director / Leasing Director, the incumbent is responsible for identifying and attracting a pipeline of unique and quality of life concepts that are aligned with Master Plan and develops an optimal leisure and lifestyle offering mix for the iconic real estate project. 

Requirements:

• Play a key role in the conceptualisation and develop a strategic to identify business opportunities in alignment with the master plan
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities to maximise the commercial potential of tenancy mix such as Schools, Health Care Centers, Hospital, Attractions, F&B and Retails etc
• Execute business development of new projects, including negotiation with new investors
• Optimise business returns and improve operating efficiency for all potential investors and incumbents

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess a degree in General Business Management, Real Estate or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in leasing, revenue management or business development
• Track record and relevant experience in planning commercial tenancy / lessees mix
• Experience in community leasing / planning such as International Schools, Health Care Centre, Hospitals...
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven, with strong commercial and business acumen
