Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
l Provide customer service & inquiries via phone/ email
l Handle customers’ web/ software issues
Job Specifications:
l Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
l Knowledge in PC
l HKCEE or HKDSC holder or above
l Experience in CS preferred. Fresh graduate welcome
l Shift duty for 40 working hours per week. Between 9am to 7pm per shift
l 5 to 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday
