Are you an outstanding Store Manager with experience working in luxury brand? One of the most world-known Luxury Watch and Jewellery Brand is looking for an energetic, outgoing and driven Store Manager in Hong Kong for their store.

You will be managing a team of the most prestigious location in Hong Kong. Your role will involve in managing and archive KPI in line with store profit and loss reporting, work closely with the retail director and the buying team to provide effective feedback, ensuring the popular selling lines are replenished on time. Provide democratic leadership and control for the staff

Responsibilities:

  •          Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales targets (both team and individual basis) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies. e.g. focus on specific products, to meet the sales target
  •          Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to purpose action plan to reach targets
  •          Conduct market research on market trend, competitors’ sales to share with management
  •          Be responsible for simplified P&L: e.g. inventory, discounts, current running expenses
  •          Be responsible for KPIs achievement
  •          Train, position & discipline staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
  •          Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
  •          Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff
  •          Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member
  •          Be responsible of the planning of monthly roaster for all the staff in the store Ensure the grooming of the staff aligned with the guidelines of the brand
  •          Participate in staff recruitment process
  •          Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession pipeline in the store
  •          Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain key customers
  •          Implement activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty
  •          Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team

 

Requirements:

  • 6 years or above retail experience in luxury retailing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and support the sales team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to adapt to fast pace and fast changing working environment
