This position will contribute to the growth and profitability by leading a team of sales professionals to provide customers with high service standards and a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager to motivate and inspire the team to achieve the Company’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
• Support the execution of  Company strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Train, develop and coach the sales team to deliver high quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationship
• Comply with Company Policies and maintain an efficient shop operation management
• Maintain the quality of shop presentation in accordance with the image of the brand
• Monitor the inventory record to keep the stock level at optimum

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, at least 3 years at supervisory level
• A genuine love of fashion and desire to provide great customer service
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven track record in nurturing a motivated sales team
• Strong analytical skills and able to drive business performance
• Strategic with good business acumen and a strong desire to achieve results
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
