Job Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO in formulating the company's strategic future direction and supporting tactical initiatives;
• Full financial responsibility for the company including strategy, budgeting, management/financial accounting, costing, tax management, project costing, internal control/audit and M&A projects;
• Monitor and Direct implementation of strategic business plans including preparation and monitoring of short and long term Business Plans;
• To provide professional advice to the senior management team on strategic business development. Carry out corporate finance and advisory role and provide advice on feasibility and financial impact of investments, alliances with strategic partners, mergers and acquisitions;
• Develop work flows and control procedures to ensure all financial transactions, assets and liabilities are properly accounted for in the company’s system;
• Monitor and direct management of whole finance functions of the company and implement operational best practices;
• Supervise the finance team to submit required management accounts, internal and external reports in accordance with pre-defined deadlines from management and regulators etc.;
• Establish good relationships with colleagues, auditors and regulators.

Job Requirements:

• CPA and CFA Qualified plus more than 10 years experience in a senior capacity at sizable organizations;
• With 5 years or above management experience in trading or buying office preferred;
• Able to demonstrate hands on experience in working with corporate accounting systems;
• Possess high level of leadership skill through a energetic, enthusiastic and lead by example approach;
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
