Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts independently;
• Responsible for daily accounting function including data input, vouchers and checks preparation;
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, communications with customers and suppliers;
• Monthly inter-company reconciliation and bank reconciliation;
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports;
• Review monthly financial statements with schedules and verify vouchers of groups and non-group companies for senior grade;
• Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems to ensure complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures for senior grade;
• Review and reconcile all Intercompany transactions for senior grade;
• Assist in tax computations and statutory consolidated financial statements with auditor for senior grade;
• Other ad-hoc assignments.
   

Requirements:

• Associate degree holder or above with LCCI Higher Certificate
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Accounting for junior grade
• 5 years’ experience in Accounting for senior grade
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently
• Matured, Self-motivated , well organized, able to work under pressure and independently
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, MYOB preferably
• Good command of English and Chinese (some Mandarin but not a must)
