Reporting to the Managing Director of the Group, he or she is responsible for:

• Responsible for, but not limited to, fund setup, bank account opening, accounting, settlement, fund transfer, payments, fund accounting, subscription & redemption and producing daily internal portfolio
• To ensure input and reconcile securities trading order with in-house and custodian on daily basis
• Identification, review, investigation and documentation of operational risk activities as well as take leadership towards operation process improvement
• Work closely with fund manager on liquidity, cash flow management and corporation actions
• Communicating with fund administrator or other external parties to resolve discrepancies
• Work on ad hoc task as assigned by management

Requirement: 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline with qualification in CPA or CA, a plus
• 2-4 years of experience in asset management operations or similar field
• Strong operations, accounting, tax background and understanding of regulatory environment
• High level of attention to details, accuracies and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & VBA
