Reporting directly to Directors, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring functions such as producing daily cash flow report, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Other responsibilities included:-

    -  Handling full sets of accounts and administrative functions with minimal supervision;

    -  Performing budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the group;

    -  Knowledge of company secretarial matters a plus;

    -  Payroll preparation;

    -  Perform ad hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements:-

    -  Degree in Accounting or related discipline;

    -  ACCA level I or above preferable;

    -  At least 4 years working experiences in handling full set of books;

    -  Proficient in Microsoft office especially using Excel spread sheet;

    -  Good knowledge of Accounting system or ERP system;

    -  Good command of English & Mandarin;

    -  Pleasant personality, mature, independent & meticulous;

    -  Immediate available is highly preferable.
