Summary:

This role is mainly responsible for handling full set of books and month end closing, preparation of journal entry and financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of daily and weekly report.
• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing.
• Oversee monthly results and perform analytical review.
• Handle bank reconciliation.
• Participate in preparation of monthly financial and management reports, cash flow and ad hoc assignment.
• Provide clerical support to the Department.

Job requirements:

• Higher diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant experience, experience in retail industry is essential.
• Strong PC skills & familiar with MS Excel and Power Point, Dynamics NAV accounting system is preferred but not a must.
• Able to work under pressure with tight timeline.
• Proactive, independent with good team spirit.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.
