Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure all the suppliers’ invoices are booked per monthly deadline.
• Coordinate and resolve all AP related issues with merchandising teams
• Liaise with other teams on intercompany recharges
• Handling of SG&A expenses and staff reimbursements
• Assist in daily operations and month-end closing
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by supervisor

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• 1-2 years of solid accounting experience, preferably in fashion buying office
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage
• Responsible, well organized, initiative, good team player and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as ‘Senior Accounts Clerk’
