Responsibilities

• To Deal with Factory and enquiry for price and lead time
• Issue Purchase Order to supplier and follow up status
• Manage the local or overseas logistics arrangement 
• Manage inventory including inventory control, vendor management
• Provide comprehensive support to invoice processing & enquiry handling
• Handle calls and correspondences
• Perform general admin duties
• Data Entry for account information to system and assist accountant for reporting
• Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

 
Requirements

• Form 5 graduated with good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• 1-2 years of working experience in the construction and building material field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in accounting is an advantage
• With initiative and good communication skills
• Self motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Highly independent, able to manage multiple tasks and detail-organized
• Computer knowledge of MS Word, Power point, Excel and Chinese WP
• Immediately available is highly preferred
