Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for group consolidated accounts of a listed company and its subsidiaries
• Review and prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
• Liaise with external auditors for interim and annual audits and handle tax filing and compliance
• Manage the costing accounting function as assigned
• Support group budgeting process and handle other ad hoc assignments if necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 3 -5 years of group level consolidation experience with listed companies plus preferably also 2 years of audit experience in audit firm
• Hands-on experience on results announcement and interim/annual report preparation of listed companies
• Highly motivated individual and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Mature, responsible and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills and Oracle experience is an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
