PURPOSE:

The position is responsible for conducting data analysis, desktop audit, preparing report and provides administrative support to the HK-based regional Compliance team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Data Analysis
• Based on various data sources, e.g. corporate ERP, databases, Excel spreadsheets and etc., perform data analysis as per compliance team needs
• Analyze, identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data-sets
• To communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Desktop audits
• Perform internal audits by using sets of data gathered from multiple sources, in order to evaluate operation compliance. 
• Reporting
• Collect & consolidate, transform data to management info. to create management reports
• Assist in creating and maintain training materials and training delivery
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support as per directed by the Director of the team
• Support in various roadshows and events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related discipline with 2-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g. Microsoft Excel), writing queries and presenting findings
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts
• Good command of written and oral English and Chinese
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Experience in compliance & regulatory field will be an advantage
