Responsibilities:  

• Participate in full spectrum of HR functions with the focus on recritment (frontline & office staff), business partner, staff activities, etc.
• Formulate and review HR policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements and operation needs
• Build hiring strategy, effective recruitment & selection system
• Assist to organize company events, staff recreational and corporate social responsibility activities
• Responsible in HR activities and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years in HR and administration experience in FMCG, F&B or catering companies
• Attentive to details, well-organized and great initiative
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
• Good team player with commitment to quality service and tight schedule
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English as well as Putonghua
• Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer 

5-day week and attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
