Job Description
Summary
UBM Asia is seeking a candidate to join the team. This position is full time, based in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work for one of the world's largest global trade exhibition organisers.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and follow up on the payment status
- Maintain the events database
- Support the event logistics pre & post show
- On-site support at the events
- Manage sales enquiry and sales administrative works
- Manage sales promotion material and implement effective stock control
- Support the sales team to implement sales activities and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in business administration or related discipline
- 2 years or above administrative experience
- Result-oriented, well-organised and as a good team player
- Good Time management & communication skills
- Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Will be required to travel occasionally
