Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to various HR & Admin functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll, benefits administration, office administration and staff & social activities;
  • Provide general administrative support to HR & Admin Department;
  • Participate in HR & Admin related ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations/ordinances
  • Mature in nature, good communication and interpersonal skills, details oriented, willing to learn with positive attitude and sense of responsibility
