Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assembly team to meet all customers' requirements 
• Monitor and supervise daily operations, develop and reinforce policies and procedures
• Develop and review the standard operating procedures to ensure operation efficiency
• Improve production performance to achieve company goal
• Compile operational reports and analysis for management review

Requirements:

• A Bachelor or Master Degree qualification, area of study in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering is preferred
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Telecom / Servicing operation
• Technical competence in Microsoft Windows, Linux, SQL, and computer network would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills in both English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Good computer knowledge, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
