Job Requirements

  • Degree/Associate Degree holder
  • 1-2 years experience in sales coordination and documentation
  • Experience in trading company, preferably in multicultural environment
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Cheerful, detail-oriented, team player and proactive attitude
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotation, purchase orders, invoice and delivery documents
  • Coordinate with overseas clients and internal parties for order processing
  • Maintain the order status in the system and update the clients’ database

 

**Fresh Degree/Associate Degree graduate will also be considered as Assistant
