Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintenance team and contractor to coordinate, implement and review all maintenance work
• Handle correspondence to external customers regarding inquiries, maintenance work progress and other field service related matters
• Work closely and maintain good communications with internal and external customers
• Supervising emergency maintenance works and liaising with relevant parties to ensure maintenance during project implementation
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assign

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• At least 1 years relevant experience in maintenance support duties
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good interpersonal skill , analytic and systematical mindset
• Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Organized, independent and detail-minded
• Immediate available preferred
