• Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the department.
• Organize and maintain filing system in systemic and efficient manner.
• Handle incoming calls, greeting guests, order office supplies and maintenance.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
