Responsibilities:

l   Oversee the financial reporting of the business unit.

l   Reporting to Chairmen and Director in Hong Kong.

l   Act as a point of contact overseeing the Finance function of Hainan office.

l   Accountable for providing strategic advice to the management on finance and operational development, and facilitate review of business performance and effectiveness of operation.

l   Maintain a strong and health internal control environment in respective financial areas.

l   Ensure company's practices are in full compliance with policies.

l   Prepare and submit monthly, interim and annual group financial reporting packages to Hong Kong Head Office.

l   Identify any internal control deficiencies and make recommendations to mitigate the risks.

l   Participate in any ad hoc projects or system upgrades/implementations.

Job Requirements:

l   5 years solid financial management experiences. PRC exposure to the property & real estate industry is a must.

l   Good knowledge of mainland China operations, GAAPs, tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations.

l   Have strong commercial orientation and analytical skills with high integrity

l   Good communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

l   Degree educated, ideally with an MBA, CFA or CPA qualification.
