Responsible for research and analyze the fashion trend direction
Liaise with buyers and design teammates to develop products
Sourcing, selecting and buying of fabric and trims for production
Supervise designer the making of samples, including fitting, detailing and adaptation
Working closely with Fabric team to research fabric to be adopted for the collection styles
Participating actively in the initial fitting sessions
Design & develop high end fashion for ladies

Job Requirements:

Degree in fashion design or related discipline
2 years relevant experience preferably on smart casual, trendy, evening and party wear
Good experience in fashion trend and market trend
With strong sense of fashion trend, new materials, fabric and accessories
