Requirements:

• Passionate for F&B industry.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Able to create new recipes and handling cost control of the bar.
• Team player and willing to invest time in forming colleagues.
• Capability of training staff in bar techniques and procedures.
• Willing to work operation hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
