Job Responsibilities 工作職責
- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries according to established procedures
- 按照既定工作程序負責所有與前台相關的活動,如接待、辦理入住和退房手續、給客人安排客房、外匯業務以及協助處理客人的查詢等
Job Requirements 工作要求
- Vocational certificate, diploma or graduate from hotel school or hospitality training institution
- 持有款待業相關證書或文憑
- 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity will be an advantageous
- 具1年相關工作經驗優先考慮
- Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- 懂英語、普通話及粵語
