Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders
• Liaising with logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents;
• Arrange delivery, shipping & logistics, import & export declarations
• Coordinate for after sales service, handle customer enquiries, make quotations & follow up
• Participate for ad-hoc project/event

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or Business
• At least 3-4 years experience in FMCG product or related experience
• Well-organized, proactive, self-discipline, responsible, hardworking, punctual, detail-minded
• Able to work under pressure & tight schedules
• Willing to learn & be independent
• Proficient in English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
• Self-initiative and good team player
• Immediately available is preferred
