Responsibilities:

• On-site and help desk support need and maintenance
•  Provide support and troubleshooting to internal users
•  Handle software and hardware installation and configuration
•  Perform daily system monitoring
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer studies or related disciplines
• Solid experience in POS
• Experience in system implementation
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work with challenges
• Passionate with strong commitment in IT career
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
