Job duties :

Being an Analyst, after our in-house training, you will be assigned to one of the following teams : Professional Service, Sales or Marketing according to your interests and capabilities.

In the Professional Service Team, you will work to ensure successful delivery and implementation of our software solutions to both local and regional clients. Occasional travel for system implementation, training and technical support is required.

If you are interested to join the Sales Team, you will perform sales functions and conduct professional demonstrations of our software to prospective clients.  You have to work cooperatively with the Professional Service Team to ensure satisfactory after-sales services to clients.

If you are interested to be a Marketing expert, you will be responsible for planning and execution of new product launch and producing marketing and sales materials to promote and build brand awareness.

Requirements :

• Degree/ Diploma holder in any discipline;
• 1-2 years of working experience preferred;
• Strong analytical skills to identify and diagnose problems;
• Able to communicate effectively;
• Strong customer oriented mind-set with good common sense;
• Willing to commit, learn and work hard for knowledge and quality;
• Self-initiative and able to work independently;
• Proficient in written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable;
• Recent graduates will also be considered.
