OKLink is looking for an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze operational data to provide strategic and product insight to internal and external partners.

• Provide transactional support and issue resolution and act as a liaison between business teams and partners.

• Build and automate smart reporting and metrics packages (at week/month end and on an ad-hoc basis) for the leadership team.
• Partner with business teams to perform ad hoc business analysis to drive tactical insights and action.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience at supporting business development team on handling requests from clients/ partners.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Must thrive in an ambiguous environment and be incredibly proactive.
• Self-starter, resourceful, creative and capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
• Experience in and passion for handling customer enquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion in Fintech, Bitcoin, Blockchain, distributed ledgers, and their underlying mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

• Deep understanding of global payments systems, particularly money transfer businesses and processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
