Responsibilities:

- Provide basic repair service for computer products

  (i.e. notebook, wireless router,3D printer and etc).

- Handle walk-in service to clients.

- Reply calls from message box about technical questions.

Requirements:

- DSE or F.5 graduate.

- Basic English and Mandarin is required.

- Knowledge in computer hardware and software applications is preferred.

- Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working.

- Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 10:10 - 19:00, Saturday 09:30 - 13:00 (5.5-DAY WORK WEEK WITH ALTERNATIVE  SATURDAY OFF)
