Job Responsibilities:

• Develop successful relationships with sales team members, partners and customers while support the objectives of the sales team
• Architect and design solutions with supporting technologies while maintaining customer’s budget and environment restrictions
• Deliver related IT assessments to analyze customer environment
• Facilitate technical planning architecture sessions with the client
• Develop project plans, resource requirements, and budget estimates
• Ensure good communication between project team and clients
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved
• Provide oversight and technical guidance for project work
• Provide technical solutions and support on IT services to clients on Networking and Windows/Linux platform infrastructure
• Lead and support the implementation of the Windows/Linux based LAN/WAN
• Support the implementation of system disaster recovery, security solution of the systems

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in IT field with proven project / business experience preferred
• Solid hand-on experience in Microsoft, Symantec, VMware products
• Demonstrate experience in technical documentation and implementation services
• Knowledge in Active Directory and system security in an advantage
• Analytical and problem solving mind
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
• MCSE or CCNA holder will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, good customer-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Associate Technical Consultant
