Job Duties

-       Responsible for maintaining daily IT operation and application

-       Provide on-site technical support for desktop PCs – both software and hardware

-       Assist with installation and configuration of computer systems

-       Troubleshooting on network, PC software and hardware problem

-       Manage the replacement of PC parts

-       Provide regular basic IT skills training to staff

-       Perform administration tasks

Requirements:

-       Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

-       1 years working experience in IT industry or related

-       Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, Email support

-       Basic understanding of set-up and configuration of Mac and Microsoft Windows systems

-       Good communication skills and capabilities in problem solving and time management

-       Eager to learn and take challenges
