F&A – Hong Kong

Report to: Manager, Finance and Accounting, Region Asia Pacific

Job Description:

• To keep record updated and check correctness of booking, supporting document and approval with signatures on invoices for liner cost such as feeders, terminals, equipment, customers refund, claims, port costs, etc.
•  Input daily bank transactions in the system against daily bank statement.
• To check correctness of invoices in the payment proposal list and mark code 00 for payment and mark code 77 for settlement
• Assist in reconciling vendor’s statement on a monthly basis
• To input line cost and administrative cost, vendor and customers refund according to HS rules and principles
• To act as back-up role for weekly principal closing when colleague day-off & assist ad hoc tasks in F&A
• To prepare bank reconciliation
• To assist the printing of bar-code labels
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Preferably with Accounting diploma at least 1 years’ experience
• Language skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Advanced accounting knowledge
• Computer skills
• Good communication with other departments and vendors
